Common questions.
What counts as an "entity"?
An entity is any node in your model — a supplier, facility, SKU, route, or similar object represented in the twin. Builder and Architect limits are measured per model, based on entity count.
Can I upgrade from Builder to Architect later?
Yes. You can move up a tier at any time; your existing model and data carry over, and linking unlocks as soon as you're on Architect.
What does "model linking" actually do?
Linking connects two or more twins so they share data and can be simulated together — for example, a manufacturing model connected to a distribution model. Builder licenses run a single, standalone model.
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise scales with the number of seats, total entities across your org, and how many models you need connected. Pricing is still being finalized — reach out and we'll keep you posted.
